Welcome to Healthy Living Today

Hello, and welcome to Healthy Living Today. In this blog I plan on going through some tips and tricks on
living a healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lifestyle. Here you may find things you can do to exercise and stay fit or healthy meals for your mind, body, and soul. This is a recent passion of mine so I felt it is only appropriate to share it with others that have been interested or are just becoming interested in the subject.   1. I'm interested to see your opinions on healthy living, Vegan? Vegetarian?, Juicing? -I've always been a fan of healthy diet but I've never really been able to find a diet that works for me, especially in this fast food era of america. Its so hard to diet right when the only place to truly eat a decent meal without sitting down for an hour is your home and even then the meals usually need to be prepared in advance to avoid the long eat time. any advice that could help with this?

  2. There is so much contradictory information out there. How do you filter out the good and bad? How do you figure out what really works?

    1. I usually look for what is natural, what was grown versus what was manufactured. Also you have to test out what works for you. Finding out what you like most and finding ways to make it simple for you. People love fast food because it is fast. They can get it and go. It is best to find what you like and make it fast and convenient but most importantly healthy.

  3. We have some very similar opinions on healthy eating. Incorporating an easy to follow plan with foods that are easily available will work best as it will allow you to stick with it. I entirely agree the best foods are those that come from nature and are not made
